Finished timestamp refactoring.
- adjusted -W* CFLAGS
- replaced suseconds_t with uint32_t for nanoseconds extraction
- fixed (now) invalid format specifiers
- added WARN_UNUSED_RESULT macro usable to warn if a fn return value is unused
