This patch adds support for the MikroTik RouterBOARD 750 r2, marketed as
hEX lite, a small indoor router with 5x 10/100 Mbps Ethernet ports, one
with PoE in. The device was already supported by the ar71xx target.
Specifications:
- SoC: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9533
- Flash: 16 MB SPI NOR
- RAM: 64 MB
- Ethernet: 4x 10/100 Mbps LAN, 1x 10/100 Mbps WAN (PoE in)
- LEDs: 5x Ethernet port activity (green), 1x user (green)
- Buttons: 1x reset

Not working:
- Serial port (already not working in ar71xx)
Flashing:
TFTP boot initramfs image and then perform sysupgrade. Only the
"Internet" port will ask for an initramfs image. Follow common
MikroTik procedure as in https://openwrt.org/toh/mikrotik/common.

The MikroTik RouterBOARD wAPR-2nD (wAP R) router features a miniPCI-e
slot with USB lines connected, which are used by some USB cards with
miniPCI-e form factor, like the R11e-LR8. Enabling USB support is
required for such cards to work.
Tested on a MikroTik wAP LR8 kit (RB wAPR-2nD + R11e-LR8).

The uart node is enabled on all devices except one (GL-USB150 *).
Thus, let's not have a few hundred nodes to enable it, but do not
disable it in the first place.
Where the majority of devices is using it, also move the serial0
alias to the DTSI.
*) Since GL-USB150 even defines serial0 alias, the missing uart
is probably just a mistake. Anyway, disable it for now so this
patch stays cosmetic.
