This target has been mostly replaced by ath79 and won't be included
in the upcoming release anymore. Finally put it to rest.
This also removes all references in packages, tools, etc. as well as
the uboot-ar71xx and vsc73x5-ucode packages.

The mach name of GL AR150 and GL AR300 is inconsistent
with other products.

Add the respective colour to the LED's names for the GL-AR150 to be conform
to the kernel. Also add netdev triggers for the LAN and WAN LED.
