This target has been mostly replaced by ath79 and won't be included
in the upcoming release anymore. Finally put it to rest.
This also removes all references in packages, tools, etc. as well as
the uboot-ar71xx and vsc73x5-ucode packages.

Add support for the EBR-2310, which is almost identical to the DIR-615
rev E4, without the wifi.

Dlink dir-615-e1 can use dir-600-a1's image, but the image can't be
uploaded through dlink's normal firmware update web page.
Add profile for dir-615-e1 so the generated image can be uploaded
through the firmware update web page.

We are passing the MTD layout via the kernel command line, so
it makes no sense to duplicate it in mach-* files. The patch
removes the built-in MTD maps of the following boards:
* AP113
* ALFA N2/N5
* DIR-600
* DIR-615
* DIR-825
* TEW-6{3,5}2BRP
* TEW-673GRU
* WHR-G301N
* WHR-HP-GN
* WHR-HP-G300N
