Son instead of allowing the user to configure something broken, 0 was "over-loaded" to denote no shaping since several years, but that information has not been documented visibly to the users. If it even did the job properly, but no, it tries to install it's headers in /usr/include/curl collidings with actual curl's headers. Fixed that by installing them into /usr/include/gnurl instead.
