Bump postfix to 3.8.2 release.
Refresh patches and drop patch 502-detect-glibc.patch as it got merged
upstream.

Pass TARGET_[C/LD]FLAGS to reduce filesize.
Fix glibc compilation by adding lresolv.
Remove uClibc-ng patch as that's now gone.
Refreshed other patches.

Switched to HTTP from FTP for one of the mirrors.
Rebased Patches.
Removed ENGINES patch as it is only relevant for OpenSSL 1.0.2.
