Fixes a compile error when glib2 is missing.
get rid of nls.mk. iconv/gettext is not used. This was previously here
because of glib2.

replace MD5SUM with HASH
add PKG_MIRROR_HASH when PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=git
(PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=svn tarballs are not reproducible for now)
