replace MD5SUM with HASH
add PKG_MIRROR_HASH when PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=git
(PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=svn tarballs are not reproducible for now)

Some toolchains may automatically have sys/params.h which includes
isset() backport upstream commit
675ac7b4b64d398de8a61e9c713383b8c0d9071f to fix that. Also explicitly
link with openssl.
