The pycrypto package is not maintained; the last stable release was in
2013.
This also updates python3-cryptodome, from conflicting with
python3-crypto, to providing python3-crypto.

CVE-2013-7459 and CVE-2018-6594. Both patches taken from Fedora.
Also took the liberty to update the PKG_SOURCE_URL to a standard one.
Updated the home URL as well.

I admit this may be be a bit aggressive, but the lang
folder is getting cluttered/filled up with Python, PHP, Perl,
Ruby, etc. packages.
Makes sense to try to group them into per-lang folders.
I took the Pythons.
