fix Makefile chmod (644)
replace MD5SUM with HASH
add PKG_MIRROR_HASH when PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=git
(PKG_SOURCE_PROTO:=svn tarballs are not reproducible for now)

We would not be able to search for pcap.h because CFLAGS are not passed
from src/Makefile down to src/wps/Makefile:

- Add autoreconf as the PKG_FIXUP method.
- Add myself as the package maintainer.
