Use git as source and bump version to PCRE2 support commit.
Move nmap to PCRE2 library as PCRE is EOL and won't receive any security
update in the future.
Patch 001-Use-correct-HAVE_-macros-for-Lua-5.4.-Fixes-2648.patch has
been merged upstream and can be dropped.

The latest nmap version 7.9.3 currently fails to compile with OpenSSL 1.1 [1],
it required to backport upstream patch to fix the compilation. [2]

This package isn't compatible with the new Python build process yet, so
force the old build process for now.
This also adds a call to Py3Build/Install, for when the new build
process can be used.

This removes Python-related build variants, and adds
PYTHON3_PKG_BUILD:=0 and minor build adjustments (where appropriate),
for non-Python packages. There should be no changes to build output.
This also updates some include paths for python3-package.mk and/or
python3-host.mk to be relative to the package Makefile.

* Update to 7.80
* Add "full" variants for nmap and ncat that support Lua scripts (and
OpenSSL)
* Replace libcxx fix with upstream patch[1] (CHANGELOG change was
removed)
* Switch ndiff to use Python 3 (using a patch from Debian[2], which
comes from an upstream PR[3] plus a port of ndiff/setup.py)

This removes lines that set PKG_BUILD_DIR when the set value is no
different from the default value.
Specifically, the line is removed if the assigned value is:
* $(BUILD_DIR)/$(PKG_NAME)-$(BUILD_VARIANT)/$(PKG_NAME)-$(PKG_VERSION)
The default PKG_BUILD_DIR was updated[1] to incorporate BUILD_VARIANT
if it is set, so now this is identical to the default value.
* $(BUILD_DIR)/$(PKG_NAME)-$(BUILD_VARIANT)/$(PKG_SOURCE_SUBDIR)
if PKG_SOURCE_SUBDIR is set to $(PKG_NAME)-$(PKG_VERSION), making it
the same as the previous case
* $(BUILD_DIR)/$(PKG_NAME)-$(PKG_VERSION)
This is the same as the default PKG_BUILD_DIR when there is no
BUILD_VARIANT.
* $(BUILD_DIR)/[name]-$(PKG_VERSION)
where [name] is a string that is identical to PKG_NAME

The configure script (for libdnet) seems to find <net/bpf.h>
and detect some BSD stuff.
The lidnet's Makefile wants to include eth-bsd.c, arp-bsd.c
and other BSD friends.
This seems to put a cork on it, and no BSD stuff appears anymore.
[at least on my system].
