The CONTRIBUTING.md requests an (or multiple) SPDX identifier for GPL
licenses. But a lot of packages did use a different, non-SPDX style with a
"+" at the end instead of "-or-later".

Switch to the @KERNEL alias
Use LTO optimization, reduces file size by ~20% (~10Kbyte)
With:
39K sbc_1.3-1_arm_cortex-a9_neon.ipk
Without:
51K sbc_1.3-1_arm_cortex-a9_neon.ipk
