Prerequisites for Compilation

Prerequisites
- GNU autotools/libtool
- libpcap or PF_RING (optional but recommended)

On Ubuntu/Debian
- apt-get install build-essential
- apt-get install git autoconf automake autogen libpcap-dev libtool

On Fedora/CentOS
- yum groupinstall "Development tools"
- yum install git autoconf automake autogen libpcap-devel libtool

On MacOSX (using http://brew.sh)
brew install autoconf automake libtool git

On FreeBSD
- pkg install autoconf automake libtool gmake git
