Subject: Test multiple `ndpiReader` configurations (#1931)

Extend internal unit tests to handle multiple configurations.
As some examples, add tests about:
* disabling some protocols
* disabling Ookla aggressiveness

Every configurations data is stored in a dedicated directory under
`tests\cfgs`
